Traffic Lights obscured by overgrown bushes

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4635831.

Driving towards Cardiff, the left hand lane provides straight on. The lights on the right which are visible are for right hand turn into the new housing estate. The left hand lights, that govern straight on are obscured dangerously by overgrown bushes and the angel they are positioned in.
