Root of tree bringing up pavement

I have complained about this tree but my complaint was dismissed, you failed to take into account about the roots of the tree uplifting the pavement and possibly spreading onto my drive . I have to walk in the road when leaving my house. My drive way has become very uneven I contacted an expert and they advised me that it is possibly tree roots spreading . I would be grateful if you look into this and not dismiss my complaint as a tree that you feel does not need attention. Kind Regards Diane Johnson
