Overgrown bushes/weeds

The weeds/bushes down the alleys have been overgrown for weeks now. I walk between the alleys with my pram and children and my daughter who is under 2 can’t even walk between the bushes on the path without them hitting her and some are scratchy/have thorns. I would like this to be looked at and rectified as it is not safe for those with young children.
