Lack of litter bins and Dog waste bins.

There are no litter bins and dog waste bins, despite the many new houses on the Fairmile/Cholsey Meadows estate. There is now a lot of rubbish on ground in this area, including dog waste. Please can you advise if litter bins can be installed and what responsibility the Parish Council would have for them, if any?
