Deep crack along pavement with uneven surface

There is a crack that is several metres long on a narrow stretch of pavement outside numbers 139-141 chislehurst road. It has been there for several months but seems to be getting worse. There is about 2cm of difference in pavement height either side of the crack which is a trip hazard. I am concerned if someone trips on the crack and falls into the road given how narrow the path is.
