• No information or update given - road has now been closed for weeks and diversion is inconvenient on the way out and dangerous on the way into the village as West Street is effectively single lane due to residents parking - approx how much longer will the road be closed?

• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Firstly, please accept my apologies for the information that you have been given in this report. We can confirm that the original works order was to investigate the issue, which is the matter that was completed on the 5th of June. We can confirm that there is a void in the carriageway caused by a drainage issue. There is a scheme arranged to commence on the 19th of June to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, until works commence, we are unable to give a time of when works may be completed; however, I will update you with further information as and when I receive it.
