Dog excrement in park

Hi Use Blakes park regularly and today stepped in dog poo. Noticed all the signs for dog owners to pick up their dogs poo have disappear, especially the signs for fining owners who do not do this. Could they please be replaced so may be there will be an improvement. Many thanks.
