New tree required outside 46hayes chase

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4628264.

This was acknowledged by the council twice, in 2021 and 2022 and still has not been replaced in spite of advice that it would be given priority as it was not actioned in Nov 21 to Mar 22 time frame, now it has been ignored again in Nov 22 to Apr 23 period.
