Only one of the four trees was pruned last year, now touching house.

  • Thank you for the comment, apologise for closing down the FMS, I was guaranteed by the contractor that this would be completed by today. I will chase them again to see what the issue is and why the works has not yet been completed. Again, apologises.

  • Advised on 21st June contractors would be contacted again and yet no further work has been carried out. Please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency and confirmed when the work will be done. Telephone number provided to arrange access
