I've just had an email stating the case is now closed?? But the work hasn't been carried out.

Thank you for the comment, apologise for closing down the FMS, I was guaranteed by the contractor that this would be completed by today. I will chase them again to see what the issue is and why the works has not yet been completed. Again, apologises.
