  This continues to be an ongoing issue. I hope Lewisham Council isn’t invalidating its public liability insurance by wilfully failing to resolve this. If these gates remain blocked, any fire or other emergency could be catastrophic.

  4 months later this still has not been resolved - shocking negligence by Lewisham Homes. A fire engine or ambulance has no hope of getting to any emergency here.

• Resent to Housing Management to confirm whether letters have been sent out to.

  Parking contractor NSL to see whether any Enforcement is currently possible

  Housing Repairs to see whether yellow Box in front of barrier can be repainted

  As of 4 January 2024, these gates are still blocked with cars continuing to park in front of them. Why is resident safety not a priority for Lewisham Homes?
