Cars parking regularly ,weekly , precariously on bend of Shenley road (outside 13 Selby grove) on pavement -instead of parking on driveway sensibly. causing deadly blind spot risk to road users, cyclists and cars had near misses particularly on refuse collection days. Also creates pathway obstructions for visually impaired and disabled ,wheelchair access on Pedestrian footpath.
