This is the site of several previous repairs. In total approximately 6 m long and 1 m wide. At the start of one of the old repairs, there’s one big deep wide pothole, halfway along another pothole and then towards the end, there’s a further one. Hopefully the photos show that this is all the old roadwork failing around the repair edges whilst the repair itself is showing signs of cracking and damage too. If the engineers walk towards the other end of this, they’ll find even more deterioration and other potholes, which have already been repaired. However, these are failing yet again. The ideal repairs will be to replace the entire junction as there are so many patches and potholes, which will only get worse again and the cost effectiveness of an entire resurface is worthwhile. It will be far better to resurface entire road properly.
