The grass in the cemetery is over 3 feet tall. I have a plot in the lawned area where my parents are buried and now that I’m in better health I went to the cemetery to visit them this week but we are unable to get to the plot because the grass is nearly at the top of the headstones and paths between the headstones is the same. it looks like the grass has not been cut in years. Whilst I appreciate we have had the covid years and things were put on hold, this is an area in the open that could have and should have been maintained. Please don’t say it’s being turned into a nature area because you should have consulted all the plots lease holders.who have a right of passage to access the grave on there pot. Please see the photos I have provided. I am absolutely discussed with how this cemetery has been allowed to fall into this state if disrepair, it is an insult to the dead. Please share with whatever deptartemet is responsible for the St Luke Cemetery Magpie Hall Lane

Grass cut but debris left on top of grass.the debris is long so will not mulch into grass. It will need to be raked off or cut finer. Please could someone contact me to ensure that a maintenance plan is now in place to regularly cut and maintain this cemetery. I happy for my email to be shared with whoever is in charge of this cemetery
