Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4624665.

4 years on, only 2 weeks since my last (of endless) report, all preventative suggestions ignored (again).

How long exactly do NRS intend letting this run for - another 4 years? Forever?

You continue to waste my and your time and tax-payer money. Please get a grip on the situation. You will never break the cycle by mere perpetual, repeated removal of the flytipping at this bin.

OK, I'll try one more suggestion - move the bin down to nearer Dumbarton Rd & on the opposite side. All the garden refuse I guarantee is coming from the new builds, so let them stare at it all week.
