A car is parked in a restricted 8am-10pm Mon-Sun parking zone at 7pm, outside of a parking bay, on Trossachs Street to the left of the car park of 731-751 Garscube Road. When confronted, the driver of the car said that "he's been parking there for 20 years" - I presume when attending football matches. There is a lack of awareness of a new RPZ in the area.
