Age limit on playground

The small playground in Husseywell Park is really only suitable for children under the age of 10 at most. It is constantly being used and damaged by teenagers. I’ve just had an argument with three teenagers who were lounging on the roundabout and refusing to move. They were littering the area and intimidating families. They were arguing with me when I approached them asking them to move so my children go could the round about. They said they had just as much of a right to be in the playground as my children who are five and eight. I told them they were far too big for the playground and they were simply sitting and had been for 20 minutes. At least a sign up to say for aged 10, and under which will give us parents some leverage to ask these teenagers to move.
