Mead Way — poor grass verge cutting

Did the chaps who cut the grass areas and verges the length of Mead Way have their eyes shut when they were doing it? Looks like it’s been rushed and looks rubbish. Grass left in gutters as well needs sweeping up. Whether it’s getting potholes filled, streets swept, or grass cut - it’s all gone to pot hasn’t it?
