Lane running from Whitchurch Place t flats above Tesco's on Cathays Terrace has a worktop flytipped against a wall & the overspill from the communal bin & general refuse from the retail outlets fronting on to Crwys Rd is contaminating the lane. Also at the time these pictures were taken there was a RAT in the last through of life outside 14 Whitchurch Place.
