Pavement obstructed & contaminated with kitchen waste

Pavement at corner of Whitchurch Place where it joins Crwys Rd is obstructed by "stored" cooking containers & beer barrels. It would also appear that a kitchen is was down on to the pavement & then gutter judging by the grease & food waste on them. At the time these pictures were taken there was a rat in the last throws of life on the pavement outside 14 Whitchurch Place.
