If you put out large fly-tipping magnets, you will attract flytippers.

1) Warning stickers on bins (doesn't sit the the failed touchy-feely approach of 'People Make Glasgow - Cleaner' though. And naw, they don't...)

2) Media awareness campaign - still waitin'. Does it need another 80pp report before executive senior manager heads approve it?
