Vehicles parking on corners

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4607951.

People are constantly illegally parking vans and cars close to the corners at the junction of Tyr-Sarn Road and Brachdy Road and Downton Rise and Brachdy Road making it extremely dangerous at these junctions. They are breaking the highway code. I fear a serious accident will occur if action is not taken. Double yellow lines could be an answers or fines
