Road sign obscured by OHV and is dirty

Sign circled is virtually unreadable as it’s mostly obscured with OHV, on top of that it needs a good wash, you will also notice that the sign decals /information are starting to degrade. Please can you give sign some maintenance so it’s fit for purpose. Thanks.
