This tree was reported as dead in May last year, case number 3504146. Your response in November was that it was suffering from ‘drought stress’. As it was dead before the drought and it continues to be dead, no foliage/ leaves are visible while nearby trees have healthy leaf growth. Removal is now ESSENTIAL before it damages/hurts someone/property.
