Huge tree in council owned garden, overgrowing and hitting roof of mancave.

I live in 118 Sherrin Way, Withywood. Tree is a danger if struck by lightening. Just too big. It needs trimming. The tree is in the garden of number 26 Horsepool Rd. Council property. This issue has been present for quite a few years. Too hard to keep trimming as it's so big. Neighbour's outbuilding at 120 is also affected. Some damage to their roof.
