Grass needs cutting to access benches in the park

Reported via mobile in the Grass needs cutting category anonymously at 08:00, Sunday 28 May 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4603943.

This area of Coney Hall Park is looked after by EACH the community group. But what is the point of having benches in the park if you can’t access them. If you have a mobility problem you can’t wade through all the grass. Also nobody wants to be wading through the grass in case of insect bites etc. The council needs to speak to them so this area is maintained properly for everyone to use. Or the council needs to make the benches accessible for the public to use instead of letting it get overgrown

  • You still can’t reach the benches unless you want to wade through waist high grass. You what’s the point of having benches if you can’t get to them to sit on?
