Cars parked opposite driveway

It could really do with double yellow lines on Lower Warberry rd, left as you come out of Alpine Rd and opposite the driveway to kingsleigh manor. Vans and lorry are parking there and you cannot get out of the drive but also and more importantly its dangerous, as when coming up and down lower warberry you cannot see pass them. Cars come up so fast. I've come from babacombe end before, indicated right to go into my drive and had someone nigh on slam into the back of me, saying sorry I thought you were indicating right to go right the vans. A fire engine or ambulance would not be able to turn into the driveway unless they come from the wrong direction.
