Cherry street tree requires pruning

Reported via desktop in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 12:51, Friday 26 May 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4599770.

This tree hasn't been pruned for many years and is blocking light to properly with roots visible across garden. We are arranging our own tree works (possibly by Trees UK, Keston) and would like permission to cut this street tree back to at least boundary of our property.
