Young tree needs re-supporting

I’m concerned about this young tree, it looks unstable and unwell. Some of the supports broke recently, and someone else reported that on here. It looks like a temporary repair has been done on the support straps, but as you can see it needs something a bit more robust. We’re watering it, but it’s going to need more help than that I think please.
