There have been new BROMLEY tenants moved in to the lovely nice and clean flats next to my house, and within days this is now what i have to look at every time I LEAVE MY HOUSE, this is not right and need to be dealt with ASAP as now the RATS and BIRDS are loving it, If I was to do this I would be fined and to right, so why is this not being dealt with as you now know who put it there, PLEASE get this sorted ASAP. This has now been here coming on 3 WEEEKS
