Street sweeper’s rubbish strewn all over street on Aldermoor Rd, near Datchet Rd

The street sweeper collects all the rubbish in the area, bags it in blue rubbish bags and leaves it by the corner of Aldermoor and Datchet Roads. Foxes then get into it overnight and it’s spread all over the pavement and road only to have to be cleaned up again. This happens several times a week and has been happening for months. The street sweeper is also frustrated but is doing as instructed by the council. This system does not work. The rubbish must be collected on the day he bags it.
