Faulty speed camera on Kentish Way BR1 3. Has constantly been flashing slow moving (23mph and below) or stationary vehicles. Have observed this for two days. Reported to TFL. Operator questioned validity of my report and failed to issue reference number for my report. Many people witnessed this and agreed to report also.
