Government working with these vulnerable people should be improved The area is 100% evidence of total inequalities
Someone was urinating in stairwell Putting it on stairwell And at risk to themselves and others As Unresolved week after week
The old fashioned way of forcing witnesses to keep logs is outdated making vulnerable people suffer even more
The idea is to educate Stop inappropriate happenings
And meet duty of care The first role of government is to its citizens
Quote mygov.scot https://www.mygov.scot › common... Maintenance and repairs in common areas - mygov.scot 22 May 2018 — If you own a flat in a tenement, you usually have a responsibility to help keep 'common areas' in good condition. End quote
Quote The Defective Premises Act 1972 A landlord must keep a tenanted property safe and free from hazards. The Defective Premises Act 1972 sets out the duties of care a landlord owes a tenant. Landlords have a duty of care to prevent personal injury (to the tenants, their families, and visitors) or damage to property caused by defects in the property. The duty is owed where the landlord is under an obligation to repair or maintain the rented property (or has a right to enter the property to carry out maintenance or repairs). The duty of care under this act is owed if the landlord knows, or should have known, about the repair. This often relates to common areas, as the landlord controls this part of the building, i.e. they should be able to identify repairs themselves, without the tenant informing them. It appears there is now a complete need for investigation as the inappropriate activity has led to a loss of life of a person residing in the area which could have been avoided with proper care

Team To request people already unlawfully intimidated are not discriminated against Quote You also can’t be treated unfairly because:
You challenged discrimination before of someone else's protected characteristic someone thinks you have a protected characteristic, but you don’t It might not be obvious how the unfair treatment is linked to a protected characteristic. End quote

Team There are various Wheatley Homes but among bought and those doing air b n b To request that postcodes of tenants are not mixed up with others and that dog fouling is not something that has to be raised again Quote The police are also responsible for helping with lost or stray dogs.
How to report dog fouling Your local council must clear up dog mess from public pavements. You can usually report dog fouling online. Find your local council on mygov.scot.
It’s an offence for someone in charge of a dog not to remove and dispose of dog poo from public places, like:
Pavements and roads common passages, closes, courts, stairs, back greens children's play areas recreational or sporting areas. You're not expected to clear up dog mess if you’re a blind person in charge of a guide dog, or if you have a disability that the dog has been trained to assist with and your disability prevents you from clearing the mess. End quote
On a windy day clothes blowing off line should not land in witnessed and reported dog fouling
