Abandoned car with smashed window and damage left for months.

This car has been left her for 2-3 months, with a smashed window, damage all around the outside and has nothing to do with us or any of the tenants or there customers. People often break into our car park for fly tipping or illicit activities, and seems like somebody has abandoned this car here.

Updates

I have checked online and it doesn't have an MOT either so its definitely abandoned and high likely its stolen. Please can someone helps us as so fr the police or council is unwilling to help.
