Commercial waste again in street bin, now full (again)

Qasioun, as shown historically, use and continue to use the street bin directly outside their shop as a convenient / cheap way of disposing of heavy duty stock residue plastic and cardboard. The bin then gets full, weekly, normal 'Litter & Dog Waste' ends up on the pavement and the entire street becomes a mess (repeat).

Over a year ago I repeatedly asked that this bin be moved away from Qasioun & their stockroom a few doors down ie moved further east on the block. You ignored that request as did the Neighbourhood Coordinator. And here we are, again - weekly. Please have a word with Qasioun (again), and if you have any sense, move the bin as requested. Failing which, a formal complaint goes in. Enough is enough. Thanks.
