Poor standard of grass cutting

Hello, The contractors whom attended to the greens of Beddington Road last week did a poor job I’m afraid. The mowed grass was not scooped up or blown so the long, dead grass is now killing the grass underneath. Also no strimming occurred resulting in long tufts being left as per the pictures.

This is not the standard we usually see so thought it’s best to let you know.
