Tarry deposit on road and oily water in drains

Following a fire in the vicinity, fire water has flowed into Kangley Bridge Road leaving a tarry deposit on the road, some of which has been covered by absorbent granules. Some water has also run down Westerley Crescent leaving a deposit on the gutter.

There appers to be an oily film floating on the water in the road drains and some of the grids on the drains in the area appear to be blocked.
