Tyres, mattress and garden waste dumped

I reported this area due to tyres being dumped last October, thankfully you responded and they were cleared. This particular area is probably viewed as an ideal spot to dump by certain individuals as the wall has collapsed or has been deliberately damaged. Whilst this wall is on this state, it seems it is an ideal position for “some culprits” to dispose of their rubbish. Please can you assist in clearing this area of rubbish and possibly assisting in getting the brick wall rebuilt? Many thanks
