Willow tree with large overhanging branches

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 11:33, Wed 24 May 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4590460.

The tree is 2x as tall as the houses. The branches have been falling off and it is becoming quite dangerous. This could cause cars to be damaged and people to be injured. Number 6 already has to drive under the branch. The branches are just growing out of control. Spoken to a tree surgeon and the have advised that this will need to be cut back.

  • Pidgeon's have now left the tree and the work now needs to be rescheduled. The person who came out said they would be back in September, but has not been back yet. Can this work be undertaken as soon as possible to remove the dangerous branches.
