Pavement blocked by a crosswalk.

The Vape shop next to Halifax bank has closed off 60 % of the pavement with portable posts and advertising. This is by the Cross walk and impedes blind and disabled people. I understand cafes wanting outside seating but a Vape shop. Does anyone ever walk down the High Street in Orpington or is it Bromley only gets attention. We have too many vape shops in Orpington and we see school kids vaping every day. This is a new shop.
