Several houses all hmo's no 217,219,221 Albert Avenue continuously dump rubish, food waste and household furniture outside properties, it stinks to high heaven, there are bluebottle flies and rats all in the rubbish, contacted hull City Council several times and minutes after its collected more appears, this is really bringing the area down and its depressing to have to walk past it every day. Drug dealing is also going on in flat 217 police are aware but nothing seems to deter them from selling from the property.
