Boys throwing sticks at Coots nest near bus stop!

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4586823.
Yesterday eve - around 5.30pm, I witnessed 3 young boys approx 11 - 12 years throwing sticks at this nest. Which is currently occupied by a coot and her 3 babies, and eggs.
They then left and went to the bus stop near. They are in the picture, and plenty of cctv around to check! But no one seems to. And this abuse of our wildlife just carries on, year after year!
A lady saw youths with catapults recently, Ward security attended and caught them, but were unable to contain them! So pointless them going as have no power over them - no evidence to be used, such as bodycams etc.
Also, two injured ducks recently too - one has brain damage, and an expert from a sanctuary said is most likely a catapult injury!
This is why we need more patrols from police in the park - which seem to be few and far between recently.
Also, cctv is urgently needed too! Is in Kelsey Park already - so why not here? 50k was recently spent by council in Coronation, but none to improve local area - this is only option to deter these feral kids/youths. As nothing has so far!
Thank you, for reading this.
