Spruce fir tree

A 35m Spruce fir tree is causing structural damage to adjacent garage block and the roots have damaged the pavement. The lower branches are overhanging the pavement causing damage to cars.

  • Hi. I note that the contractor has now removed three lower branches from the tree. However this has not fully resolved the issue with the tree causing damage to the pavements and adjacent garage block. Ideally it would be beneficial to reduce the height of the tree.

  • Thank you for the enquiry, if the tree is causing damage, please go to Bromley Borough Council website and fill out the Sutton Insurance claim form. No other works are being raised on the tree at this time.
