  • Investigation: Ongoing - We have requested a quotation from our vegetation contractor to complete works here, which we should receive in the next two days. We will then update the report with the timescale in which we will undertake the repair.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the vegetation adjacent to Shirley Road, we are pleased to confirm that a works order has been raised to cut back this vegetation. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
