Residential bins on pavements for weeks

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4580585.

The properties at 12 and 16 Wellmeadow Road never remove their bins from the pavement. This is especially a problem after bin collection day when they are strewn across the pavement. Other residents need to move them to be able to pass
