Safety Rail deformation from potential vehicle strike

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4578620.

Safety rail deformed about 3 or more weeks ago. Not sure exactly when it happened but assumed it would have been reported for repair. It appears not.

Reported previously, but app placed the 'dot' near Meadowside Drive for some strange reason.
