Waste of space

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 09:51, Mon 24 March 2014

Sent to Test Valley Borough Council 4 minutes later

There is an area 'fenced' off on the corner of the foot path. The fence panels have blown down and been stolen. The area is full of rubbish and is intimidating. If its council land it would be much easier to take all the fences down and open it. There is a huge window frame, umbrella, rubbish - it is easy for dumping. If its opened up it would be less worrying and upkeep.

  • This is an eye saw, Cllr Katherine Bird was looking into it but nothing for a while. Its unsafe for women walking alone as its dark and its a great hiding space if you want to jump someone...
