Blocked drain near roundabout

The drain, nearest Westheath Roundabout if you're coming up fleet road towards the roundabout, is blocked. Every time there is a decent amount of rain, there forms a huge flood that hinders pedestrians and slows the flow of traffic to the roundabout causing hold ups further down fleet road.
