Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4577937.

The drain or pothole on windmill hill outside Ian Gibbs has become loose again and it is very noisy when the roads are busy this is becoming a problem at bed time and from 5am keeping me awake

This needs to be fixed as the noise getting alot worse, in this heat we need windows open in the night but I cant otherwise it’s even louder
