While the 'naturalisation' of appropriate areas of the park makes sense, the neglect of the entire railing perimeter (and from there onto foot/cycle paths) does not. This is just neglect and looks a complete, uncared for mess.

Updates

Small sprayer vehicle out today spraying the street gutters but I did not see the railing line being done. We'll know it a few weeks when the weeds start turning yellow, or not.

Nope, railing line untouched = re=seed the paths and pavements in no time. Duh.
