Loose and noisy manhole cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4575786.

This has been an ongoing problem for 4 months. The latest repair was carried out by a Hampshire Highways crew at 15.00 on May 17th. It appears the cover was lifted and reseated. Unfortunately this has once again failed and has returned to its loose and noisy state on Friday May 19th.
